Wortagicenin on "Twenty Thirteen Footer Question"

Hi there,

I like the new theme. Twenty Thirteen. But I want to remove the "proudly powered by WordPress" footer link and change it to "Copyright (c) 2013" instead.

How do I do that?

In other words, where did Appearance->Editor go?
