Footer Not Available To Edit (Lemmony Agency)

Theme content can apparently be edited under Appearance > Editor.

But, when I go to change our Templates (like the front page, categories, etc) and Templates Parts (like header, footer, and sidebar), I find that footer is not available/seen in the template editor.

The footer is available when viewing/visiting the website, but there’s no footer part in the template editor. I looked at for example front page as well in the visual editor, and again, there is no footer visible to edit, neither in the page editor or template editor.

So, where do I find the footer so I can edit it? I recall I have edited it in the past, so perhaps it’s something to do with the theme update? Please advice.
