ksackett60 on "Edit Static Text above Footer"

Hello, I have a webpage set up by someone who knows WP way better than me. I am simply trying to change the phone number in the footer area (not the footer itself) but for the life of me, I cannot locate where to edit this small bit of information. It shows up on every page and is not located in the widgets. My site is http://www.officeboise.com
If you look near the bottom of the page you will see "Executive Office Suites" "Links" and "Contacts". I want to edit the information under "Contacts". I would think this should be easy to update but I am about to go insane looking for a way to do this. Please help if you know. Thank you!
