remcie on "[Theme: Twenty Twelve] TWENTY TWELVE: Footer widget problem"

I used this tutorial to include 3 widget areas in my footer:

So far so good: The widgets appear but but I cannot move them down inside to the footer area. I moved the code in the Footer.php all the way down but without any luck.
