This is the problem: you cannot have the same Theme Name in two themes.

http://www.jdeventstyling.com/wp-content/themes/colorway-child/style.css

Make it read like so:

/*
Theme Name: ColorWay Child Theme
Template: colorway
*/

@import url("../colorway/style.css");

That should work then.
