Im a noob with html and css so I'm having trouble trying to work out how to have links on the right of my footer while having the text centred.

I want it how it looks right now but with cleaner html and css. All i did was add lots of (& nbsp;) to add spaces in the footer.php file. I am using a child theme by the way.
Also when viewing my site on a mobile the footer goes into the middle of the page. i don't know if thats just because there is no content on it or if its a problem with the html.
