Mike Orange on "[Theme: Hueman] Floating footer?"

Nevermind how you call it, I understand.
Don't know what we are using different, but from last Chrome 37.0.... I see no space below footer.
From old IE 8 the footer also looks perfectly normal.
Even from Yandex browser (if you heard about it) - also normal.
So, I really cannot reproduce that behavior as on your .png screenshot.
