You will find this information in footer.php file. All the code between
<div class="footer-info"></div> will appear at the footer.
As the theme is free, I think it would be very nice maintain the credit of the author, wouldn't it? I just modified the first sentence ("powered by...") to add my name as the developer, but keep the credits.
