christinechapa on "[Theme: Virtue] Flex slider on home page not full width"

Hi - anyone know why the slider image on this page is not expanding all the way to the left of the page?

The image is sized at 1100 x 400 and the slider max width and height are 1100x400.

Also, is there a way to reduce the amount of space between the slider and the footer content (social media icons)?
