shomer on "Twenty twelve footer"

For some reason I cannot save the changes I make to the footer of my site. I have tried reinstalling the theme, reinstalling Wordpress, and making the changes from the server itself. I was successfully able to make the changes once when I reinstalled the theme, but I had to make so many other changes at the same time that I would prefer not to have to do that again.
