thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

Unfortunately, I won't really be able to help here. The "Save as PDF" feature is coming from the TableTools Extension for the DataTables JS library. I'm not the developer of that however, but only made it available as a TablePress Extension.
You might want to check the TableTools website, to see if this is possible: http://datatables.net/extensions/tabletools/
