Jason Koning on "[Plugin: TablePress] TableTools - save as PDF - add custom header/footer to PDF(?)"

Hi there
I'm using the above to add the save as PDF option to my tables - which works great.
One thing my client has asked about, is being able to add their logo & some header/footer content to the PDF.
I know this is probably more than a little tricky - but I thought I'd ask if you thought there may be a way to do this at all?
As an example - here's a page with the save as PDF functionality added to it.
Even just the logo at the top & copyright in the footer (with perhaps a link back to the site or page) would be fantastic.
I realise this may be outside of the scope of the functionality - but I thought I'd ask anyway :)
