It does have content, which however do not go far below the right sidebar content.
So the screen is not fulfilled, and the white space is there, but not due to code, just because of a lack of information to show.
This is consistent with the background, that also stops at the very bottom of the footer. The have in "contact-us" page, if you de-zoom the page.
