Thanks for the fantastic plugin, however i have a problem with Unsubscribe and manage links in a footer of email. I have 2 different signup forms (different languages) for 2 different lists. As i'm using different lists for different languages i need to change footer url to that url for which language the list belongs to. For example Lang1 http://www.domain.com, Lang 2. http://www.domain.com/en
Any ideas how to make it? It is possible?
