Never mind, I've found the solution!
Here http://slobodanmanic.com/444/flexible-horizontal-sidebars-wordpress-twenty-thirteen-child-theme/, in case some one might need it, just download his child theme and upload the files to your server, and you're done, the rest is just CSS.
